This gem of a house had laid vacant for over a year after its owner had fallen sick and was unable to keep the house in good order.  In spite of all of the clutter and mess, it was not hard to see its beautiful bones- leaded glass windows, beautiful oak floors and woodwork and an original floor plan that made great sense even today, 90 years after the house was built.  The project entails a kitchen remodel, a basement clean-up, master closet and bath remodel and hall bath update.  If budget allows, we will take advantage of the attic space to allow for a fourth bedroom and bath and playroom.  Another priority is not only to visually connect the house to the cozy backyard and garage quarters but to enable direct access where now there is none.
